You have two choices for diagnostic reports:

Diagnosis & basic diagnostic report only (by email or phone call):
Per sample - $75 + gst ($78.75) [OGSA - $65 + gst = $68.25]

Diagnosis & detailed written report with recommendations specific to your site:
Per sample - $100 + gst ($105.00) [OGSA - $75 + gst = $78.75]
