At this City of Guelph website, you'll find out how to have a healthy lawn while reducing your use of pesticides!. There is information here for both homeowners and professionals.  Prevention of pest problems is the best way to have a healthy lawn. (Note: there is quite a lot of advertising on this site, but the columns on the left generally contain good information.)
