This workshop provides a unique opportunity for participants to engage in hands on learning designed to improve your IPM monitoring and record keeping skills. Topics covered will include monitoring practices, identifying hotspots, the IPM process for golf courses and cultural practices that are critical component of a successful IPM program.
2. Lawn & Sports Field Management Workshop - with Dr. Eric Lyons
The Ontario Cosmetic Pesticide Ban has created new challenges for sports field managers and lawn care operators. This informal workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to learn about the latest products and enhanced cultural techniques to optimize turf quality on lawns and sports fields.
